Complaint - telling someone about something you are unhappy or angry about
Investigation- collecting information about something that happened. Asking questions , looking at reports, checking care plans etc
Recommendations - suggestions to improve something

How to make a complaint-
The time frame in the current policy for submitting a complaint is 6 months.
1. Get in touch with a member of staff or their manager in the area you have a problem with and tell them what you think is wrong.
2. If you are not happy with the outcome and want to take things further you can write to the Health and Social Services, they will make sure that your complaint is sent to the person responsible for the service concerned. You will get a letter back to say that your letter is being dealt with.
