Expectations of people buying off the internet

Consumers who shop on the internet are no different from those who buy in a shop. The goods or service should work properly, be in the condition stated, and match any advertising that made you want to buy the goods or services.

If anything goes wrong, consumers buying from the internet often think that they will have the same legal protection as those buying in a shop and be able to send it back or have it replaced. Sometimes this is the case, but problems can arise as the consumer can be buying from any country in the world. Many suppliers are honest, some are not.
