Bullying - intimidation of a weaker person/ the process of intimidating or mistreating somebody weaker or in a more vulnerable situation
Code of conduct – rules of behaviour
Intimidation - to create a feeling of fear
Vulnerable - without enough protection, open to attack or abuse, easily persuaded
Objectively justified - not influenced by personal feelings
Cumulative - adding up, getting stronger or greater
Undermine - weaken or diminish
Constrain - force someone to do something, or restrict or limit them
Humiliate - show up or put down
Reputation - good name or status
Self-esteem - confidence or self worth/ respect. How you see yourself
A definition of bullying might be:
Conduct that cannot be objectively justified by a reasonable code of conduct, and whose likely or actual cumulative effect is to threaten, undermine, constrain, humiliate or harm another person or their property, reputation, self-esteem, self-confidence or ability to perform.
