Birthdays

The Queen sends congratulatory messages for the one hundredth, one hundredth and fifth birthdays, and every year thereafter.

Wedding anniversaries

The Queen sends congratulatory messages for the Diamond (sixtieth), sixty-fifth and Platinum (seventieth) and every year thereafter.

Applications

Applications should be sent to the Bailiff of Jersey, Royal Court House, Royal Square, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1BA at least one month prior to the birthday or anniversary and must be accompanied by a copy of the relevant certificate, either birth or marriage, and some information about the recipient. In the case of a birthday, information about the recipient should also include details of state of health (can h/she receive a visit from the Lieutenant Governor?).
